Kelly Cox is Of Counsel with the firm. He graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. Mr. Cox obtained his J.D. in 1995 from Western State University College of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1995. Mr. Cox was a member of Law Review and clerked for the Honorable J. Richard Haden (Ret.) of the San Diego Superior Court. He was admitted to the California State Bar in December 1995.

In addition to being admitted to all the state courts of California, Mr. Cox is admitted to practice in United States District Courts for the Southern, Central, and Eastern Districts. Mr. Cox’s practice has included the defense of diverse civil claims against businesses and individuals, including premises liability, products liability, personal injury, business litigation, employment and labor law, and other insurance defense matters.
