It handles litigation in the areas of insurance defense, toxic torts, environmental exposure, employment and labor law and construction defects as well as Professional Liability and Defense of Healthcare Providers in the State of California and Hawaii.
Kenneth B. Prindle attended the University of California at Santa Barbara, from which he graduated in 1975. Thereafter, he attended Southwestern University School of Law and received his J. D. degree in 1978. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1978, and the Colorado Bar in 1990. He has appeared in all of the U.S. District Courts in California, Hawaii, and the Territory of Guam. Mr. Prindle joined a Los Angeles based firm, Schell & Delamer, as an associate in 1978, and became a partner in 1984.
