Shahin S. Beyk is a civil litigation attorney at PGBR’s San Diego office. His practice focuses on the defense of individuals and leading corporations in high-exposure cases involving catastrophic injury, general liability, medical malpractice, transportation incidents, wrongful death, product liability, breach of contract, construction defects, and discrimination claims. His comprehensive litigation background enables him to provide strategic and effective advocacy across a broad spectrum of industries.
He is admitted to practice in all California state courts, as well as the United States Courts for the Southern and Central Districts of California. He is also a member of Enright Inns of Court.
Mr. Beyk graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he served on the Executive Board of the Moot Court Honor Society and competed in multiple national competitions as a participant and coach.
Outside the courtroom, Mr. Beyk is passionate about sports and enjoys playing soccer and volleyball, as well as hiking and traveling. He is fluent in Farsi.
