Michelle C. Golden is an associate in the San Francisco office of PGBR LLP. Ms. Golden joined the firm in 2007 after working in other San Francisco law offices which practiced environmental law and insurance defense litigation; both practices focusing on claims for environmental contamination and related premises liability and clean up. Ms. Goldens practice includes product and premises liability and toxic tort claims, primarily those involving asbestos exposure.

Ms. Golden earned her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Geology from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oregon School of Law in Eugene where she was a staff editor for the Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation and where she also earned certificates of concentration in the areas of Environmental and Natural Resources Law, Ocean and Coastal Law, and International Law.
