Hayley M. Tharpe is an associate in the Long Beach office. Hayley attended the University of California, Riverside where she earned her B.A. in Philosophy, and then received her J.D. from the Howard University School of Law in 2020.

Hayley has a variety of experience within the legal field. She first began her career at Greenberg Traurig, LLP where she primarily litigated intellectual property and products liability cases. She then practiced professional liability and personal injury litigation at Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman, LLP, representing major insurance carriers.

Hayley is very community oriented and is currently a Board Member for several nonprofit organizations including Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, Howard University Alumni Club of Southern California, Bison on the Vineyard, and Calvary Baptist Church of Santa Monica.

Hayley is passionate about Yoga and she enjoys teaching lawyers and law students about the importance of Self-Care through her business, Legally Well.
