Wayne W. Watten is Of Counsel to Prindle, Goetz, Barnes & Reinholtz LLP. Mr. Watten received his BS from Brigham Young University in 1974 and his JD from Pepperdine Law School in 1977. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1977. He joined Callahan, McCune and Willis in 1984 and became a partner for 15 years. He formed Watten, Discoe, Bassett & McMains in 2000 and was a named partner for 16 years. He has been a litigator representing insureds and self insureds in the insurance defense industry for over 40 years.
Mr. Watten has spoken throughout Southern California and has been published on numerous legal topics including civil litigation and trial practice. He is a member of the California State Bar, American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, Orange County Trial Lawyers, and is President of the Board of Directors of Orange County Global Medical Center.
He is married to his wife Marilyn and has two sons, Kenny and Greg. He enjoys playing golf, running marathons, swimming and traveling.
