Mr. Tarter has extensive litigation experience in representing both plaintiff’s and defendants in litigation involving lemon law, personal injury, breach of contract, habitability cases, and professional liability. Mr. Tarter is admitted to practice before all Courts of the State of California, the United States District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California, and all State Courts of the District of Columbia.

Mr. Tarter received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University College of Law, and obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and History from Xavier University in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Currently, Mr. Tarter’s practice consists of defending corporate defendants in personal injury cases.
