Eric R. Hagle


Eric Hagle received a BA in Environmental Studies with a minor in Anthropology from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia in 2013.  Prior to entering law school in 2015, Mr. Hagle worked as a law clerk for Hawkins, Parnell, Thackston, & Young on their civil litigation defense team.  In 2018, Mr. Hagle received his law degree from Santa Clara Law, where he was also recognized for his work in Environmental Social Justice and received Santa Clara Law’s Bronze Medallion for his Pro Bono service to the local community.  While at Santa Clara, Mr. Hagle served as Co-President of the Santa Clara chapter of the Environmental Law Society and Co-President of EQ|SCU, Santa Clara’s LGBTQ advocacy organization.  Mr. Hagle also served as the law school’s liaison to Santa Clara’s Office of Sustainability in their work to reduce Santa Clara University’s carbon footprint.  In addition, Mr. Hagle completed several externships while in law school, ranging from a state environmental law enforcement agency to a law firm specializing in family immigration and asylum law.

Mr. Hagle joined PGBR in 2019 and is admitted to the California State Bar.  His practice focuses on Professional Liability, Fitness and Health Club Liability, Business Litigation, Residential Habitability, and Personal Injury.

In his free time, Mr. Hagle enjoys spending time outdoors, in particular swimming at the beach, hiking, and skiing.
