Adam J. Houtz is an associate in our Long Beach office and joined PGBR as a summer clerk in 2011. He graduated in 2008 from California State University, Northridge with a degree in business administration with an option in business law.
Mr. Houtz attended Southwestern Law School where he was honored with the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Torts; the CALI “Excellence for the Future” Award in Legal Profession; and the CALI “Excellence for the Future” Award in Agency & Partnership. He also received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and was a member of the Southwestern Law Review.
Mr. Houtz earned his J.D. degree in the spring of 2012 and was admitted to the California State Bar that same year. He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. His work focuses on the defense of products liability, premises liability, and toxic tort cases.
