Gary T. Drummond
Of Counsel

Following a tour of duty in the U.S. Marine Corps, Mr. Drummond attended San Francisco State University, then Golden Gate University College of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1971.  After three-and-a –half years as trial counsel for a nationwide insurance company, he engaged exclusively in insurance defense private practice, from 1980 as a partner in Stevens Drummond & Gifford, before joining the Prindle firm of counsel in 2012.

Mr. Drummond has tried over fifty cases to verdict, many of them high-risk, products liability matters, defending target defendants ranging from pharmaceuticals (the DES market share trial), to chemicals (pentachlorophenol, perchloroethylene, and hexavalent chromium as a groundwater contaminant), to the ubiquitous asbestos lawsuits.  He has extensive experience in complex, expert-driven litigation, involving multiple plaintiffs, computer modeling and intensive Daubert evidentiary hearings.
